PHOTO, VIDEO & WRITTEN REPORTS

Photo, Video & Written Footwear Quality Control Reports in Portugal

Quality control only becomes useful when the information reaching the client is clear, factual and actionable. PT Footwear | QC documents inspections, production checks and relevant factory observations with written findings, photographs and video where appropriate, giving teams a direct view of what is happening on the ground in Portugal.

Clients can continue working directly with their factory or agent while receiving an independent reporting layer alongside that relationship. The aim is to reduce ambiguity: what was observed is documented as observation, information provided by the supplier is identified as such, and points that could not be verified are not presented as facts.

HOW WE REPORT

Clear evidence from the factory floor to your team

1. Inspection Context & Scope

Each report identifies the order, product, factory or production context, the stage inspected and the checks carried out. This gives the findings a clear reference point and helps the client understand exactly what was reviewed and what falls outside the scope of that visit or inspection.

2. Photographic Evidence

Photographs document relevant product details, workmanship, defects, packaging, production status and other observable points connected to the inspection. Images are used to support the written findings so the client can see the condition or deviation being reported rather than relying on description alone.

3. Video Where It Adds Context

Video can be used where it provides useful context that photographs cannot show as clearly, such as production flow, repeated issues, functional details or the condition of a wider production area. Video is captured where relevant and where factory access, confidentiality and permission allow it.

4. Written Findings, Deviations & Open Points

Written reporting separates confirmed observations from supplier statements, assumptions and points that still require clarification. Deviations are described directly, with the relevant reference or requirement where available, and unresolved issues remain visible rather than being softened or presented as confirmed.

5. Direct Reporting & Decision Support

Reports and updates are sent directly to the client at the agreed stage of the service, with critical or time-sensitive findings highlighted promptly where appropriate. The purpose is to give the client reliable evidence for decisions with the factory or agent, not to make commercial decisions on the client’s behalf.
